You are currently looking at our comprehensive website. Billing and meet sign up are done through our Team Unify site, a special website that handles our monthly team dues, meet sign ups, and communicates directly with USA Swimming.
Step 1: Get Registered with the Blue Dolfins
First you must select which team level (Swim Group)you will be associated with here at the Blue Dolfins. Simply select the team and you will be automatically taken to our Team Unify site to complete your registration. This will give you a unique username and password for your family, even if you have multiple children swimming with us.
STEP 2: Register with USA Swimming
This is required of all Blue Dolfins swimmers. Not only do you receive the benefits of being a swimmer registered with the current governing organization, but it also provides the team’s insurance. This is a yearly membership, which is also required of every swimmer in our contract with the City of Winter Park. Our Team Unify site will take you through this one-yearly registration. You may have seen a USA Swimming Link at the end of your team registration. This is specific to Blue Dolfins - so no sharing.
Step 2: Set Up Automatic Payment of Monthly Dues
Each month we will send you an invoice for the month's team dues. You will have the option to enter a credit card or ACH to have the dues automatically debited. We, in turn, have to pay for pool rental, coaching staff, etc. Thank you for prompt attention to this!
Step 3: Billing for Meets
Once your child advances to the Fins group, or select Flippers, he or she will have the option to enter a swim meet. If your coach announces a swim meet, check to see if your child is eligible for this meet. (Some must be qualified for.) If so, head to the Team Unify site and click the Swim Meet / Event Sign Up tab where you will be able to sign your child up for a meet. Dues are billed after you sign up.
